NACE Ethical Advocate

NACE International offers an anonymous and confidential service, NACE Ethical Advocate, for reporting unethical incidents, behavior, practices, or conditions related to NACE employees and management. This service is open to all NACE members, customers, employees, and business partners.

  • The Ethical Advocate service may be utilized for any complaint by, or against, the employees of NACE International, the NACE Foundation, and/or the NACE International Institute.
  • Any complaints about the professional behavior or practices of any Association member relating to the Association Policies must be in writing and should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NACE. File an Association Policy complaint. The Ethical Advocate service does not apply to complaints that are made relative to Association Policies.
  • Any complaints about the professional and ethical behavior or practices of any person certified by the NACE International Institute must be in writing and should be addressed to the Executive Director of the NACE Institute. File a certification complaint. The Ethical Advocate service does not apply to complaints that are made relative to policies of the NACE International Institute, related to certification complaints

The NACE Ethical Advocate is an independent third-party vendor providing confidential and anonymous reporting, available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. You can securely submit a report by phone or online. This service is a secure and non-threatening option to report actions which you believe may be illegal, unethical, or otherwise threatening to our business, customers or employees.

Filing an incident report is fast and easy via the call center or website. Users will be asked to create an account. Please log back into your submitted report often to check for report status or questions. Due to the report being anonymous the only way the reviewer has to communicate is through the submitted report.
